  • Visit Jimi Hendrix’s apartment and the pub where he performed publicly for the last time.

  • London is now home to three Hard Rock Café restaurants – enjoy a meal in one of these (or perhaps all?) and soak up the atmosphere surrounded by memorabilia of some of the biggest rock stars of all time. If that isn’t enough, why not stay at the newly opened Hard Rock Hotel London, where once again you will find yourself immersed in memorabilia belonging to the likes of Madonna, Freddie Mercury and Diana Ross.
  • Discover Manchester’s rich musical heritage and take a music tour around the city. Home to world-famous bands and venues including The Hacienda, The Stone Roses, The Smiths, Joy Division and Take That, Manchester has huge musical significance. Choose from a general tour or one focussed on a particular group or artist. Take an Oasis bus tour and visit the iconic Boardwalk where the band rehearsed and performed their first gig, Canal Bar, where they played the legendary performance which hurtled them into stardom and the house used for the photoshoot for the Definitely Maybe sleeve artwork.
  • Visit the UK’s biggest music-inspired museum British Music Experience, telling the story of British music through costumes, instruments, performance and memorabilia.
  • Enjoy an Ed Sheeran tour. Arguably the biggest star of today, visit his home county of Suffolk and see where he grew up and went to school, visit his local haunts and the castle which inspired his hit song Castle on a Hill. Enjoy a drink in his new pub in Notting Hill.
  • Visit the hip area of Camden Town and explore the popular hangouts of Amy Winehouse or see a gig at Brixton Academy – one of Amy’s main performance venues.
  • Liverpool – head north and tour the city famous for its music legends: The Beatles, Cilla Black and The Searchers. Visit the award-winning Beatles Story, see Paul McCartney’s former home and enjoy a night in the famous Cavern Club.
  • Ireland, home of U2, The Corrs and boy bands such as Boyzone and Westlife. Take a U2 tour - visit Dublin and see Mount Temple School, where U2 was formed;  Windmill Lane, where U2, Van Morrison, Sinéad O’Connor and Elvis Costello recorded albums; Hanover Quay Studio, the band's current studio; St. Stephen’s Green Shopping Centre, where they played gigs; Fitzwilliam Street, location for the video The Sweetest Thing and Finnegan’s of Dalkey, where Bono hosted Michelle Obama for lunch.
