Ralph has over 50 years’ experience in the travel industry and speaks fluent French. He works with both the English and French speaking markets and as well as being an expert on London and garden tours, has a particular interest in military and history tours, especially WWII England, Normandy and Winston Churchill. His commemorative tours are renowned for their incredible depth of research and attention to detail and his D-Day tour packages are always quick to sell out. Ralph’s extensive battlefield tour background and experience has forged strong relationships with both clients and suppliers and as a result Tours International is the Official Tour Operator for the Parachute Regiment and annually takes veterans and their families back to the battlefields, beaches and towns in which they fought. In 2018 Ralph was awarded the Médaille de Vermeil in Paris in recognition for the work he has done with veterans since 1982.

Lana has worked in the travel and leisure industry for over 20 years. She has a passion for travel and enjoys visiting and experiencing new places, both in the UK and abroad. Lana heads up the English-speaking markets, creating bespoke extended itineraries and packages for those travelling from countries such as USA and Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Lana’s specialist subjects are film and TV location tours, Christianity tours and tours that visit the sites associated with the Royal Family – in recent years the Platinum Jubilee and Coronation Tours both proved sell-out successes. Her clients return to us repeatedly, valuing her experience and innovative, tailormade programmes. Lana aims to think outside of the box, delivering uncompromisingly high-quality tours and guaranteeing her clients unique experiences, VIP access and outstanding treatment.

Justine looks after the French-speaking markets, speaks fluent French and has worked in the travel and leisure industry for 18 years. She has an exceptional understanding of her clients’ needs and expectations and works hard to ensure she delivers the highest quality services. Justine creates bespoke packages for adult and student groups, for both leisure or incentive, ranging from short weekend city breaks to extended tours all over the UK, focussing on a wide variety of special interest tours ranging from garden and castle through to art and history or theatre and music. She thrives on the chance to be creative with her itineraries, whether it be viewing the Crown Jewels at the Tower of London or a trip on the London Eye, a play at Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre or celebrity waxworks at Madame Tussauds, tickets to Warner Bros. Studio Tour London: The Making of Harry Potter or a London Christmas weekend filled with festive fun. She is always hunting down exciting new opportunities for her clients.

Erica has worked in Marketing and PR for 25 years and in the travel industry for 10. She deals with all Marketing including advertising, website, analytics and SEO, PR and copy writing, email marketing campaigns, social media, brochure design and production, marketing collateral and trade show preparation.
