Mission: Impossible Location Group Tour

Mission: Impossible Location Group Tour

Tail super-sleuth Ethan Hunt and visit standout locations across the UK from all the Mission: Impossible films including Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning. London is a favourite location for some of the most famous stunts and scenes but Tom Cruise and his team have filmed all over the UK, from the Lake District, Peak District and North Yorkshire through to magnificent Blenheim Palace and Historic Dockyard Chatham. Famous museums such as Tate Modern and the Natural History Museum have all appeared in the films, plus iconic bridges such as Tower Bridge, Westminster Bridge and Blackfriars Bridge.

Tour Highlights

  • Visit London, where so many scenes have been filmed. Locations include Big Ben, Trafalgar Square and the Natural History Museum - all locations for pivotal scenes in The Final Reckoning.
  • Also Piccadilly Circus, Regent Street, Paternoster Square, Westminster Bridge, Tower Bridge, Tower of London, The Strand, Blackfriars Bridge and Brompton Cemetery.
  • St Paul's Cathedral and the Tate Modern, which both featured in Mission: Impossible - Fallout.
  • The Anchor Tavern, a pub on the South Bank in London.
  • Historic Dockyard Chatham, a 17th Century dockyard which spans over 80 acres and very popular filming location. A market scene for The Final Reckoning was filmed here.
  • Blenheim Palace, magnificent birthplace of Sir Winston Churchill. Location for a opulent black-tie event in Rogue Nation.
  • Derwent Dam in the Peak District, as seen in Dead Reckoning Part One. Surrounded by forests and reservoirs, the site was also a World War II training site for the 'Dambusters'.
  • A quarry near Stoney Middleton in the Peak District was the setting for a hair-raising train crash in Dead Reckoning Part One. See the traditional fish and chip shop visited by Tom Cruise. See also the nearby historic village of Eyam. Famously known as the 'Plague Village' due to its self-imposed quarantine during the 1665 plague. To prevent the spread of the disease, the villagers isolated themselves, sacrificing many lives to save neighbouring communities.
  • Buttermere Valley in the Lake District, the location for an amazing stunt in Dead Reckoning: Part One.
  • The North Yorkshire Moors Railway, the location for Dead Reckoning's train sequences.
  • The Fitzwilliam Museum in Cambridge, used for a covert rendezvous scene in The Final Reckoning.
  • The aerodome where Tom Cruise was spotted shooting aerial stunts.

What Our Clients Say

I was very fortunate to be on their 70th and 75th D-Day celebration tours. The service and attention to details was exceptional. It was very moving to go back.

As a Jane Austen enthusiast, this tour was perfect - and the Jane Austen Festival in Bath was just fabulous to see!

Words fail me...The Downton Abbey was a perfectly wonderful travel experience! We did not know we would be the ONLY guests at the Abbey. When we realised how truly exclusive our tour was we were speechless! Surreal being there and actually meeting Lady Carnarvon.
